Why you will love it?

Air es un hilo soplado. Las fibras no se tuercen como en una lana convencional: van colocadas dentro de una estructura tubular llena de aire.

El resultado es una hebra ligera y esponjosa que da mucho volumen con muy poco peso. Una prenda hecha con hilo soplado pesa bastante menos que otra del mismo grosor tejida con un hilo tradicional.

La alpaca aporta calidez y la estructura aireada deja ese tacto mullido que se agradece en invierno.

Jerséis y chaquetas: prendas con cuerpo que abrigan sin pesar. Quedan muy bien en jerséis básicos de punto liso y en cárdigans con trenzas.
Trenzas y puntos texturados: con un hilo tan voluminoso el relieve se nota y se convierte en el protagonista de la prenda.
Ponchos y bufandas: piezas grandes y envolventes que no tiran de los hombros ni del cuello.

I'm Eva and I welcome you to my project. In 2020 I went through a very hard illness, and knitting was what helped me the most to get ahead.

That hobby became La Menina Tejedora, mi wool store.

How do I wash my knitted clothes without ruining them??

The first thing is to look at the band of the ball: there are the care instructions for that fiber, so keep it next to the pattern so you don't lose it. Even so, It is best to wash by hand, with cold or warm water, no rubbing or twisting, and dry flat. Special soap for wool is available in the store., designed to take care of your work with love. If you have doubts about a specific fiber, ask me.
